Rubab is an essential member of the information technology division of the firm. She assists the firm’s partners on matters involving software licensing, integration, electronic payment regulations and digital lending. She has been ranked as a "Leading Lawyer" in Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) for Asia Pacific 2025 by The Legal 500.
Recent highlights of Rubab’s work at the firm include assisting clients in the process of obtaining pre-merger approval from the Competition Commission of Pakistan for the acquisition of one of the largest Non-Banking Finance Companies in Pakistan and advising a Singapore-based exchange company, on listing its crypto derivatives exchange mobile application on the Apple and Android stores in Pakistan. While representing the firm, Rubab also assisted Hardees (a leading fast-food restaurant chain) on the acquisition and licensing of a "delivery service application" and "order portal" for contactless ordering through their website, mobile application and at all Hardees outlets in Pakistan.
Rubab is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn and has completed her Bar Training Course from Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom.
