Our team has been involved in advising a number of public and private healthcare providers in Pakistan, including the National Hospital & Medical Center (Lahore) and the Lahore General Hospital. In the healthcare sector our advice includes legal representation for a broad range of matters such as employment, medical services, insurance arrangements, procurements, construction & development, licensing and medical approvals.

We have also advised on various other healthcare projects such as setting up of CT-Scan Centers, In-vitro Fertility (IVF) Centers, Dental Practices, TeleMedicine and other outpatient medical units. The firm is currently assisting a foreign entity in establishing a state of the art hospital in Pakistan, by way of joint venture arrangement.
